The seminar consists of 21 hours of content. Sessions during work days extend over 7 hours for each of three days. The evening presentation of the seminar extends over 6 sessions with duration of 3.5 hours per session. The seminar's 21-hour session format gives us enough time to dive into topics and cover them in a way that gives you time to learn material. Our webcast seminars are designed to train you -- not to just hurriedly run through a series of demos that showcase product features. The seminar's content is purposely more than fits into 21 hours of presentation. There are two benefits to this. First, seminar attendees will be able to skip selected material that is not of interest to them. Second, you'll have a rich body of seminar materials that goes beyond what's covered in the live seminar presentations. Because much of the content coordinates with the "Beginning SQL Server 2005 Express Database Applications with Visual Basic Express and Visual Web Developer Express" book, you'll have additional documentation that you can use as a resource to recall and review seminar presentation topics (all seminar registrants get the book as part of their seminar materials). The seminar covers two main bodies of material. First, the seminar drills down on SQL Server Express. Second, the seminar introduces you to Visual Basic Express and Visual Web Developer Express. Then, the second part of the seminar shows how to utilize your knowledge of Windows and Web applications to create database solutions. The following table provides an overview of the lessons.
